Peter Groznik
Peter founded NorthGrant in 2010 after working several years in the financial industry. He has extensive experience in the fields of asset management and investment and corporate governance consulting. Peter received his BA and MS in Economics from the University of Ljubljana - School of Economics and his PhD in Finance from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, USA.
Shanna Groznik
Shanna is a Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Global Management Accountant with experience in U.S. GAAP accounting and U.S. tax consulting and compliance and cross-border transactions. Shanna received her BS in Accounting from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, USA.
Igor Loncarski
Igor is an Associate Professor of Finance at the University of Ljubljana - School of Economics and Business. He applies state of the art knowledge in finance to find optimal solutions to complex practical finance problems, thus fostering a transfer of applied finance research to practice, particularly in asset management, risk management, and corporate finance. Igor received his BA and MSc in Economics from the University of Ljubljana - School of Economics and his PhD in Finance from Tilburg University, the Netherlands.
Bostjan Hazabent
Bostjan joined NorthGrant in 2018 as a project partner. He has extensive experience in corporate and retail banking. Bostjan received his BA in Economics from the University of Ljubljana - School of Economics and his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth, UK.
Gregor Karlovsek
Gregor is a Certified Business Valuator and serves as senior advisor in NorthGrant's valuation practice. He has senior and executive experience in the fields of finance, energy, IT, and fintech. Gregor received his MSc in Economics from the University of Ljubljana - School of Economics and his MBA from Rijksuniversiteit Groningen, the Netherlands.
Rok Pozun
Rok joined NorthGrant in 2019 as an analyst. With his academic background and professional experience, Rok has developed a robust and multifaceted skill set in data analysis, financial modeling, and statistical inference. Rok holds a Master’s degree in Quantitative Finance from the School of Economics and Business, University of Ljubljana.
